Terms & Privacy

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Members are added by their gym or by accepting an invitation; trainers are added by their gym. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Membership plans, prices, durations, class and personal-training allowances, freeze rules and any special offers are set by your gym. Payments made in-app are processed by our payment provider (Paymob); we do not store your full card details. Completed charges, renewals and refunds follow your gym's policies. A payment that is cancelled or not completed is not charged.

A member may request to transfer their membership — including remaining time, sessions, invitations and freeze allowance — to another member of the same gym. Transfers require the gym's approval and the recipient's acceptance. Accepting a transfer replaces the recipient's current membership; any remaining value on their previous membership is discarded. Completed transfers are final.

Gyms may record a government identification (National ID or passport) and related documents for each member, including for membership transfers. This information is used to verify identity and administer memberships. It is stored on infrastructure operated on the gym's behalf, is isolated per gym, and is not sold. We process personal data consistent with Egypt's Data Protection Law 151/2020; you may contact your gym or us to access or correct your information.

Don't misuse the service: no sharing accounts or check-in codes to gain access you're not entitled to, no attempting to breach security or access other gyms' or members' data, and no uploading unlawful content. Gyms may suspend or remove members who break their rules or these terms.

We may send you push notifications and emails about your membership, bookings, sessions and offers. These are also kept in your in-app notifications so you can re-read them. You can control device notifications in your phone settings.

You may stop using the service at any time. Membership cancellations, freezes and refunds are handled by your gym under its policies. Gyms subscribe to 2orQ under separate commercial terms.

The service is provided "as is". Physical activity carries inherent risks that are the responsibility of you and your gym, not 2orQ. To the extent permitted by law, 2orQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.
